This work is a manifestation of a current trend in communication. The text typing caret is a symbol or indication of a place on a screen where you are able to write or edit text. - It takes its shape from a time where it signaled a new beginning in a text in the printing press. And so I have extruded this metal icon in a shape and size that allows for it to live in a non digital element. It aims to challenge or question the way our communication online, especially on social media is carried out.
